Worried about the fabric?

Tell us roughly when the house was built and what the floors and walls are, and we will tell you what the protection will actually involve. It is a short answer and it removes most of the anxiety in one go.

Down a lane, or behind gateposts?

Send the clear gap between the posts and a photograph of the drive. That is the commonest reason a full-size vehicle cannot reach a house in this district, and it is much better known in advance.

If something went wrong

Write and say so plainly. Your booking contract covers claims and the time limits on them, and on old fabric we will use a specialist to make good rather than a general repair.
